SSTARBIRTH in Cranston, RI is seeking a Residential Team Leader for the 2nd shift on a full-time basis. The role involves supervising residents and their children, implementing daily schedules, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment within a recovery-focused program.

Ideal candidates have crisis prevention skills, experience in residential treatment or early recovery knowledge, and the ability to work independently. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

• Crisis prevention and intervention skills preferred.
• Prior experience in Residential Treatment or knowledge of early recovery issues preferred.
