Job summary

Bellefaire JCB is seeking a Therapeutic Behavioral Service (TBS) Specialist to provide services to clients in residential and community settings. You will support families, coordinate care, and contribute to treatment planning, aiming to meet weekly productivity targets.

The role requires experience with children and families, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or related human services field.
• High level of initiative and independent judgment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families, and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Accept case assignments and develop tasks and interventions with the supervisor.
• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services including treatment plan development, crisis work, and family education.
• Coordinate evaluations and referrals to other health and social services.
• Maintain clinical records per licensing standards.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
