Community Concepts, Inc. in Rumford, ME is seeking a Residential Support Supervisor for our Crisis Residential Unit. The role oversees direct client care, manages day-to-day operations, and supports staff while engaging with clients in a compassionate, structured setting.

The position is 40 hours weekly, typically Monday through Friday with potential for evening or weekend coverage. Starting pay ranges from $21.11 to $24.00 per hour, based on education and experience, with a full benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Obtain and maintain MHRT-1 Certification.
• 2-3 years of directly related experience.
• Previous supervisory/managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing support, supervision, and care for clients, maintaining quality case recording, and encourages client’s compliance with various treatment and care plans
• Encourages client’s daily living activities
• Responsible for on-site health, safety, diet, and security, including cleanliness and tidiness to support a tranquil atmosphere for clients
• Performs and coordinates various assessments, referrals, and discharge plans
• Participate in staff supervision, team meetings, training, professional development, and other organizational activities as required

Salary Range: $21.11 To $24.00 Hourly

We are hiring a Residential Support Supervisorfor our adult Crisis Residential Unit in Rumford. This position responsible for all aspects of direct client care in a crisis residential setting, including day-to-day operations, staff oversight, and actively engaging in direct care with clients. This position is 40 hours per week, generally Monday through Friday with the ability to have a flexible schedule as needed for some evening and weekend coverage.

Starting Range of Pay: $21.11-24.00/hour based on education and experience

• Provides ongoing support, supervision, and care for clients, maintaining quality case recording, and encourages client’s compliance with various treatment and care plans
• Encourages client’s daily living activities
• Responsible for on-site health, safety, diet, and security, including cleanliness and tidiness to support a tranquil atmosphere for clients
