Job summary

Community Concepts, Inc in Rumford, ME is hiring a Residential Support Specialist for a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. The position starts at $18.20/hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package with health/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, PTO and a retirement plan.

Training is provided to obtain MHRT-1 certification. The role focuses on direct client care, maintaining records, supporting daily living activities, safety, and coordinating assessments

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

We are hiring a Residential Support Specialistin our adult residential program in Rumford. This position is responsible for all aspects of direct client care in our Residential Program and we currently have one opening for a 40 hour/week position, Monday through Friday, 3pm-11pm.

Starting Rate:$18.20/hr

• Provides ongoing support and care for clients, maintaining quality case recording, and encourages client’s compliance with various treatment and care plans
• Encourages client’s daily living activities
• Responsible for on-site health, safety, diet, and security, including cleanliness and tidiness to support a tranquil atmosphere for clients
• Performs and coordinates various assessments, referrals, and discharge plans
