Community Concepts, Inc. in Rumford, ME is seeking a Residential Support Specialist for a Monday–Friday 3–11pm schedule in our adult residential program.

This role involves direct client care and maintaining quality case notes while supporting residents’ daily living activities. Starting rate is $18.20/hr with a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, PTO, holidays, and retirement plan matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain MHRT-1 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing support and care for clients and maintains accurate case notes.
• Encourages clients' daily living activities and independence.
• Responsible for on-site health, safety, diet, and cleanliness to support a tranquil environment.
• Coordinates assessments, referrals, and discharge planning as needed.
• Participates in agency trainings and promotes safety and compliance with policies.
• Performs related duties to support the residential program and clients.

We are hiring a Residential Support Specialistin our adult residential program in Rumford. This position is responsible for all aspects of direct client care in our Residential Program and we currently have one opening for a 40 hour/week position, Monday through Friday, 3pm-11pm.

Starting Rate:$18.20/hr

• Provides ongoing support and care for clients, maintaining quality case recording, and encourages client’s compliance with various treatment and care plans
• Encourages client’s daily living activities
• Responsible for on-site health, safety, diet, and security, including cleanliness and tidiness to support a tranquil atmosphere for clients
• Performs and coordinates various assessments, referrals, and discharge plans
