Job summary

Community Concepts, Inc. seeks a Residential Support Specialist for a 36-hour weekly shift (Sun, Mon, Tue 7am–7pm) in Rumford, ME. The role provides direct client care in our adult program, maintains case records, and supports daily living activities, safety, and well-being on-site.

Starting rate is $18.20 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, holidays, a retirement plan with match, and MHRT-1 certification trainings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain MHRT-1 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for on-site health, safety, diet, and security, including cleanliness and tidiness.

Salary Range: $18.20 To $18.20 Hourly

**Sign-On Bonus of $1,000.00**

We are hiring a Residential Support Specialistin our adult residential program in Rumford. This position is responsible for all aspects of direct client care in our Residential Program and we currently have one opening for a 36 hour/week position, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 7am-7pm.

Starting Rate:$18.20/hr

• Provides ongoing support and care for clients, maintaining quality case recording, and encourages client’s compliance with various treatment and care plans
• Encourages client’s daily living activities
• Responsible for on-site health, safety, diet, and security, including cleanliness and tidiness to support a tranquil atmosphere for clients
• Performs and coordinates various assessments, referrals, and discharge plans
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability

• Provided training to obtain MHRT-1 Certification
• Agency-provided trainings for MHSS, CRMA, CPR, Safety Care, and more
