We are expanding! Searching for a Residential Support Supervisorfor our new adult Crisis Residential Unit in Lewiston. This position responsible for all aspects of direct client care in a crisis residential setting, including day-to-day operations, staff oversight, and actively engaging in direct care with clients. This position is 40 hours per week, generally Monday through Friday with the ability to have a flexible schedule as needed for some evening and weekend coverage.

Starting Range of Pay: $21.11-24.00/hour based on education and experience

• Provides ongoing support, supervision, and care for clients, maintaining quality case recording, and encourages client’s compliance with various treatment and care plans
• Encourages client’s daily living activities
• Responsible for on-site health, safety, diet, and security, including cleanliness and tidiness to support a tranquil atmosphere for clients
• Performs and coordinates various assessments, referrals, and discharge plans
• Participate in staff supervision, team meetings, training, professional development, and other organizational activities as required

Desired Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
• Obtain and maintain MHRT-1 Certification
• 2-3 years of directly related experience
• Previous supervisory/managerial experience is preferred
