Job summary

The Phoenix Recovery Center in South Jordan, UT, is hiring full-time residential support staff for our inpatient facility. You will help maintain a safe, healing environment and support residents in meeting treatment goals.

Responsibilities include medication management, supervision of day-to-day operations, and helping with transport to appointments as needed. Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• No prior experience in the industry necessary.
• Communication skills: listening and clear speech.
• Valid driver’s license for transporting clients.
• Ability to distribute medication according to policy.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Must pass a background screening with the Department of Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day to day functionality of the program
• Provide proper medication management
• Support resident visitations
• Address behavior management situations with residents
• Perform designated audits
• Ensure facility safety and cleanliness

The Phoenix Recovery Center is looking to hire Full Time residential support staff members to join our team at our our Residential inpatient treatment facility. Support staff are to help maintain a safe and healing environment for Individuals who come to us with their treatment needs. To help maintain clear boundaries and support when needed for the resident to perform at a maximum level.

Competency & Qualifications

• No prior experience in the industry necessary
• Communication skills- ability to understand that the important aspect of communication is listening and actively works to improve those skills. Orally be able to speak with confidence using clear, and concise sentences and is easily understood.
• Have a valid Driver's License for transporting clients
• Have the ability to distribute medication according to policy
• Have the ability to show up on time for work and all meetings and activities that are associated with work
• Must be able to pass a background screening with the Department of Human Services.
