Job summary

Phoenix Recovery Center in South Jordan, UT is seeking a Part-Time Residential Support Staff for the swing shift. You will help maintain a safe, structured environment for adults in treatment, assist with medications, and support residents throughout the day.

No prior behavioral health experience is required; we value dependability, professionalism, and compassion, with flexible scheduling options to fit 20–30 hours per week. This role supports a 24/7 program, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Dependable with consistent punctuality.
• Ability to communicate calmly, clearly, and professionally.
• Willingness to complete required background screening and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and supervision for residents.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment.
• Assist with medication administration according to Phoenix policies and procedures.
• Support and monitor resident visitations.
• Complete required documentation, audits, and shift responsibilities.
• Transport residents to appointments, meetings, or activities when needed.
• Participate in required staff meetings and trainings.
