Job summary

The Phoenix Recovery Center in Utah is hiring for full-time residential support staff at our inpatient facility. You will help maintain a safe, healing environment for residents and support clear boundaries to enable treatment progress.

Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, medication administration, supporting visitations, addressing behavior issues, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• No prior experience in the industry necessary.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to speak clearly and be understood.
• Must have a valid Driver's License for transporting clients.
• Ability to distribute medication according to policy.
• Must be able to show up on time for work and all meetings/activities and pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day functionality of the program.
• Provide proper medication management; support resident visitations.
• Address behavior management situations with residents.
• Perform designated audits.
• Ensure facility safety and cleanliness.
• If needed transport clients to appointments/meetings.
