Job summary

The Phoenix Recovery Center in South Jordan, Utah is hiring a full-time Admissions & Intake Coordinator to join our team in-person. The role focuses on answering inquiries, conducting intake screenings, gathering insurance information, and coordinating admission details with clinical teams.

Training is provided; prior behavioral health experience helps but is not required. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with on-call rotation.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

$18–$20/hour DOE + Individual Admission Bonuses + Team Bonuses + On-Call Pay

The Phoenix Recovery Center is hiring a full-time Admissions & Intake Coordinator to join our team in South Jordan.

This is a great fit for someone who is personable, organized, comfortable on the phone, and able to move quickly while still providing compassionate support to people seeking mental health and substance use treatment.

Behavioral health experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Answering and responding to new admission inquiries
• Speaking with prospective clients and families

Compensation

• $18–$20/hour depending on experience
• In addition to your hourly wage, this position has multiple opportunities to earn additional income:

  • Additional pay for scheduled on-call weeks

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

This position also participates in a rotating evening/weekend on-call schedule with additional compensation.
