Support Staff reports directly to their immediate supervisor and/or the Program Director. Support Staff coordinates with other professionals within the agency as well as outside agencies to create an interdisciplinary team approach and other assigned duties. The employee abides by the ethics set forth by the agency and the profession as a whole.

The RRP Support staff works in a combination of office and community settings, including individuals' residences. The Support Staff will not be required to work in conditioning including uncomfortable levels of heat, cold, light, or noise. They will not be required to work in environment in which they feel uncomfortable or that the proposed environment is in any way detrimental to their health. The position may require repetitive use of computer, keyboard, and mouse.
Support Staff is expected to travel locally between the office, client's residences, and community settings. They are not expected to travel out of state but may be expected to travel overnight.
