Job summary

The role focuses on milieu supervision, care coordination, and group-based rehabilitation for clients in a structured residential setting. Position is full-time with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, requiring CPR certification within 60 days and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• Requires Peer Support Specialist Certification or a degree in Human Services.
• 3 years of experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Valid CPR certification within 60 days of start date.
• Valid Driver License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide milieu supervision and coordinate social-rehabilitation groups.
• Care coordination and case load management for identified clients.
• Supervise participants during on-site and scheduled off-site activities.
• Maintain confidential progress notes and documentation.
• Provide transportation and run program-related errands as needed.
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings; paid time.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
