• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and perform transfers.
• Must meet driving and transportation duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour supervision in home, community, and day program settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, hygiene, and mobility.
• Maintain program files and documentation to support accreditation.
• Respond to health concerns and emergencies with appropriate reporting.
• Transport individuals as needed and ensure safety during transit.
