CATCH, Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with Autism and Intellectual disabilities in residential and community settings. The DSP will help with daily living activities, social integration, and individual training plans.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma and experience with similar populations. Responsibilities include personal care assistance and community engagement activities to enhance independence, while ensuring confidentiality and emotional support are maintained.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with adults with Autism/Intellectual disabilities.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and privacy of consumer records.
• Able to work well with individuals with varying emotional and cognitive challenges.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals during meals including feeding when necessary.
• Provide physical assistance during personal care and community activities.
• Develop professional rapport with individuals in the program.
