Attuf Group in Denver, CO is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a part-time role supporting adults with IDD in daily living and community integration.

You will provide personal care, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. QMAP certification is preferred for higher pay; CPR/First Aid must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Schedule is Mon-Fri 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

Qualifikationen

• Active Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) certification; required for higher end of pay range
• ≥ 18 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background/criminal checks; CPR/First Aid to be obtained within 30 days

Aufgaben

• Assist with personal care including hygiene, grooming, meals and medication administration
• Support daily living skills such as budgeting, meal prep and housekeeping
• Facilitate community access and recreation activities
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and document progress
• Uphold safety standards and agency protocols
• Observe health or behavioral changes and report accordingly
• Provide consistent support to foster growth and independence
