Job summary

United Counseling Service (UCS) is seeking a Direct Support Professional - Residential, Union - Per Diem to support individuals in our Bennington County group homes. As DSP, you will implement ISAs, assist with daily routines, and help residents build independence.

This on-call role requires a High School Diploma, typing and Windows skills, a valid driver’s license, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing skills and basic computer use required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Implements each individual's ISA while fostering independence and growth and participates in daily routines.
• Performs medication administration as assigned and communicates with nursing staff as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures while implementing plans of service.
