Job summary

Victory Programs, Inc. is seeking a Resident Assistant for the Dorchester-based Chamblet Family Home. The role supports staff, maintains a safe and welcoming residence, and assists with daily operations and documentation during weekend shifts.

The position is part-time (16 hours), on-site, with Saturday and Sunday 8am–4pm supervision and entry requirements including CPR certification and TB screening completion on hire. Attractive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• CPR certification (may be obtained upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning residence environment.
• Support daily operations and staff communications.
• Document client observations and incidents accurately during shifts.
• Assist with inventory and storage of supplies and belongings.
• Provide basic administrative support (filing, phone coverage, records maintenance).
• Attend supervision, staff meetings, and training as required.
• Conduct safety and wellness rounds to ensure resident well-being.
• Collaborate with team to deliver client-centered services.
