Job summary

Victory Programs, Inc. is seeking on-site staff for the Chamblet Family Home in Dorchester to support homeless families and pregnant women. The role involves safety rounds, client documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team during a night shift.

Requirements include a high school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and CPR/TB screening (may be obtained on hire). Proficiency with Word/Excel is preferred. Compensation is $22.28 per hour with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• CPR certification (may be obtained upon hire).
• TB screening (may be obtained upon hire).
• Three work references (at least 2 from a manager).
• Proficient computer skills with Word/Excel and databases.

Responsibilities

• Act in accordance with Victory Programs, Inc.’s standards and philosophy of care.
• Maintain the residence in good repair and free of hazards.
• Ensure fire safety standards are met at all times.
• Enforce safety policies and promote a healthy community.
• Document observations and interactions with clients during shifts.
• Assist with inventory and storage of supplies and belongings.
• Support daily office and administrative tasks and data entry.
• Communicate with management and staff via reports and logs.
• Attend supervision and team meetings as requested by supervisor.
• Conduct safety rounds to ensure resident well-being.
• Work collaboratively with team to provide client-centered services.
• All staff must be awake for the entire shift.
