Job summary

The Phoenix Recovery Center in South Jordan, UT is seeking a full-time overnight staff member for the graveyard shift. The role runs 11:00 PM–7:00 AM with a pay range of $16–$17 per hour depending on experience.

You will supervise residential clients, maintain a safe environment, assist with medication distribution, and document overnight activities. A valid driver's license and ability to transport clients when required, plus a background check, are required.

Qualifications

• No prior behavioral health experience required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for all shifts.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Professional and appropriate interaction with clients and coworkers.
• Able to stay calm and use good judgment with clients.
• Valid drivers license and ability to transport clients.
• Able to complete medication-related training and follow policies.
• Clear background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision and support for residential clients
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• Assist with medication distribution and complete medication counts according to policy and training
• Respond to client needs and behavioral concerns
• Complete overnight documentation, audits, and safety checks
• Monitor facility safety, security, and cleanliness
• Communicate information to incoming staff and the treatment team
• Follow facility policies and confidentiality requirements
