Job summary

The Phoenix Recovery Center in South Jordan, UT is hiring a full-time Residential Support Staff for the graveyard shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). No behavioral health experience is required; candidates should be dependable, good communicators, and able to work independently while following procedures.

Qualifications

• No prior behavioral health experience required.
• Dependable and able to report to shifts on time.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Professional and appropriate interactions with clients and coworkers.
• Able to stay calm and exercise good judgment with client needs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport clients when required.
• Must complete required medication-related training and follow policies.
• Must pass required background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision and support for residential clients.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
• Assist with medication distribution and complete medication counts
• Respond to client needs and behavioral concerns.
• Complete overnight documentation, audits, and safety checks.
• Monitor facility safety, security, and cleanliness.
• Communicate relevant information to incoming staff and the treatment team.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
