Job summary

The Phoenix Recovery Center in South Jordan, Utah is hiring a full-time Admissions & Intake Coordinator to join our team in-person. The role focuses on answering inquiries, conducting intake screenings, gathering insurance information, and coordinating admission details with clinical teams.

Training is provided; prior behavioral health experience helps but is not required. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Answering and responding to new admission inquiries.
• Speaking with prospective clients and families.
• Completing intake screenings.
• Gathering insurance and required admission information.
• Coordinating insurance verification.
• Following up consistently with prospective clients.
• Coordinating admission details with clinical, medical, and residential teams.
• Documenting calls and admission activity in KIPU.
• Participating in a rotating evening/weekend on-call schedule.
