Corporation for Public Management (CPM) seeks compassionate Residential Support Staff to provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will help residents strengthen daily living skills, pursue personal goals, and participate in their communities to live as independently as possible.

The role emphasizes respectful, person-centered care, adherence to DDS guidelines and CPM policies, and accurate documentation of progress and incidents.

Formación

• Must have excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn agency systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide respectful, person-centered care and support.
• Implement individual goals and support strategies per DDS guidelines and CPM policies.
• Assist individuals in developing daily living skills and community participation.
• Document progress, goals, and incidents according to teaching strategies.
• Transport individuals to medical appointments and community activities.
