Job summary

Crimson Heights in Las Vegas, NV is seeking compassionate staff to mentor residents and help them work toward individual treatment goals. You will support daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry and personal care, facilitate household routines and community outings, and respond to safety or crisis concerns.

This in-person role offers a flexible schedule, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, paid orientation and training, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six to twelve months of relevant experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting people with autism, oppositional defiance, conduct disorder, or related behavioral needs.
• Reliable attendance, clear communication, and willingness to work a scheduled residential shift.
• Ability to follow treatment plans, confidentiality requirements, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Mentor residents and help them work toward individual treatment goals.
• Support daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and personal care.
• Facilitate household routines, skill-building groups, activities, and community outings.
• Maintain assigned supervision levels and respond to safety or crisis concerns.
• Provide safe transportation in company vehicles when assigned.
• Complete timely service notes, incident reports, and other required documentation.
