Caring Senior Service is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide high-quality support to residents in various care settings in Las Vegas, NV. Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia or Alzheimer's is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and use Hoyer lifts safely.
• Strong communication for client interaction and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Flexible hours including long standing/walking shifts.
• Compassionate attitude delivering respectful care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration following proper protocols.
• Support residents with cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer's through engagement and behavioral management techniques.
• Monitor vital signs and report health concerns to medical professionals or supervisors.
• Operate manual handling equipment such as Hoyer lifts safely to assist with resident transfers.
• Prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment with light housekeeping tasks.
• Support residents with mobility using transportation services when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure personalized care plans are followed.
• Follow safety protocols including first aid procedures and safe patient lifting practices in emergencies.
