Job summary

Qualifications

• Desire to help individuals with disabilities.
• Available Monday–Friday (7am-3pm).
• Must pass a background check.
• Be prompt, reliable, and committed to helping others.
• Willing to engage in community activities and outings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic living and social skills and progress toward personal goals.
• Help with errands and tasks while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Participate in community activities and outings such as hiking and events.
• Provide calm, empathetic support during challenging situations.
