• Assist the Administrator of Residential Services (ARS) and Program Manager to ensure all agency and regulatory compliance is maintained.
• Assist the team to ensure physical plant and related areas are operating well to meet the needs of individuals supported.
• Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of various records and ensuring that the program and individuals have their needs, wants and services provided to them in the highest quality and manner.
