Qualifications

• Valid New York State Driver’s License required and must maintain in good standing.

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Provides care and assists with personal development and independence of the people we support.
• Ensures measures for safety and well-being are maintained.
• Prepares written reports including Incident Reports and Progress Notes.
• Administers appropriate first aid and responds to emergencies.
• Participates fully as a member of interdisciplinary plans.
