Responsibilities
Provides care and assists with personal development and independence of the people we support.
Ensures measures for safety and well-being are maintained.
Prepares written reports including Incident Reports and Progress Notes.
Administers appropriate first aid and responds to emergencies.
Participates fully as a member of interdisciplinary plans.
