Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination of the residential program to promote independence and person-centered growth.
• Provide guidance and training aligned with person-directed planning and PRIDE values.
• Document services, progress, and daily activities in logs and reports.
• Assist with meal planning, nutrition, and transportation as needed.
