Job summary

New Ways Services - ABI Division is seeking a Residential Support Specialist to create a supportive living environment for individuals with acquired brain injuries. The role promotes growth, independence, and community engagement while upholding core values of respect, integrity, and compassion.

The position includes shifts on Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (32 hours) with a pay rate of $19–$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to participants' evolving needs.

Responsibilities

• Promote self-esteem, empowerment, and independence.
• Assist with personal care, daily routines, meals, finances, and transportation.
• Facilitate access to community resources and teach self-advocacy.
• Complete documentation, track progress, and report incidents promptly.
• Attend team meetings and required trainings; support program goals.
