Easter Seals NH, Inc. is seeking a Residential Support Counselor to join our Community Based Services team in Weare, NH. This full-time role supports individuals in residential homes, promoting independence and safety.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, medication administration, light housekeeping, meal prep, and accompanying clients to activities and appointments. Hours include Sundays 8a-9p, Mondays 3p-9p, Wednesdays 8a-4p, and Fridays 8a-9p.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the Human Services field.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support independence in a residential home setting and promote safety.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Accompany individuals on daily activities, appointments, and community events.
• Follow each client’s care plan and complete required daily documentation.
• Participate in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety training.
