Job summary

Easter Seals NH, Inc. is seeking a Residential Support Counselor to assist three adult women in a Concord, NH home. Per diem, as needed, with responsibilities ranging from daily living activities to companionship and community outings.

A minimum of 1 year in human services and a valid driver's license are required. Participants receive support in daily living, participate in activities, and staff receive training in conflict resolution and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in human services with high-need/high-risk populations.
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Promote independence and provide companionship in a residential setting.
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Accompany individuals on daily activities, appointments, and community events.
• Follow each individual's care plan and document accordingly.
• All staff complete conflict resolution and behavioral health safety training.
• Complete required daily documentation and other duties as needed.
