Easter Seals NH, Inc. is seeking a flexible Youth Support Specialist in Belmont, NH to build supportive relationships with adolescents as they transition into adulthood.

This per diem role focuses on one-on-one guidance, education support, and career coaching to help youth position themselves for success. Responsibilities include providing personalized guidance, fostering a caring environment, and promoting overall social health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of work experience.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle for transportation.

As a leader in our Youth Transitional Services program, you will provide impactful, one-on-one guidance for adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth to position them for success in life. Whether you are offering educational support, career coaching, personal skill development, or fostering their overall social health and wellness; you will help students grow and thrive within their communities. **Qualifications:*** You must be at least 18 years or older to fill this position.* A high school diploma or GED, as well as two years of work experience are also required.* Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.**Compensation:** $20-$23 hourly, based upon experience and education.*Opportunity to earn a $0.50 pay increase at 3 months, 6 months, and 8 months of employment—up to a total of $1.50—through our Career Ladder Program!* **Hours:** **Per diem, as needed**What’s in it for you?
