Easterseals NH is hiring Residential Support Counselors in Nottingham, NH for full-time roles. You will support adults in two adjacent homes, promoting independence and safety while assisting with daily living tasks and community activities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the Human Services field.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence and create a safe environment for clients.
• Provide companionship to clients in a residential home setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry.
• Accompany clients on outings, appointments, and community events.
• Follow each individual’s care plan and complete daily documentation.
