Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Residential care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support independence, create a safe environment, and provide companionship in a residential home.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Accompany clients on outings and follow each individual's care plan.
• Complete required daily documentation.
• Participate in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety training.
