Job summary

Easter Seals New Hampshire, Inc. is currently hiring Residential Support Counselors in the Concord area. This per-diem position pays $24 per hour and focuses on supporting three adult women in a residential home.

You will promote independence, assist with daily living activities and ensure safety and comfort in a compassionate setting. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant human services experience, a high school diploma or GED, age 18+, and a valid driver's license with reliable

• 1 year of relevant work experience working with high need/high risk population in the human services field.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Support household tasks including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Accompany individuals on outings, appointments, and community events.
• Follow each individual's care plan and complete required daily documentation.
• Participate in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety training.

• All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety
• Complete required daily documentation
• Other duties as needed or assigned
