NFI North is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor for our Transitional Housing Program in Bethlehem, NH. The role oversees Direct Care Staff and residents on Wed.–Sat., ensures safety and program integrity, and supports clinical and life-skills services that foster independent living.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, coordinating daily operations, medication administration, and on-call as part of the management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or three years' experience with client population.
• One year supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of Direct Care Staff and consumers for designated shifts.
• Assist the Assistant Program Director in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations.
• Responsible for medication administration and all medical management on shift.
• On-call responsibilities as a member of the management team.
