NFI North is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor for our Transitional Housing Program in Bethlehem, NH. The role oversees Direct Care Staff and residents on Wed.–Sat., ensures safety and program integrity, and supports clinical and life-skills services that foster independent living.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, coordinating daily operations, medication administration, and on-call as part of the management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or three years' experience with client population.
• One year supervisory/management experience.

This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation for providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services, and life skills for adults living with mental illness who are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team.

Responsible for medication administration and all medical management on shift. This position is a member of the management team and has on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and/or at least three years' experience with client population and one year supervisory/management experience.
