Job summary

NFI North, Inc. seeks a 2nd Shift Supervisor for the Transitional Housing Program in Bethlehem, NH. The role supervises Direct Care Staff, participates in program operations, and manages medication administration during shifts within a residential and day program for adults with mental health needs.

The position is part of the management team and includes on-call responsibilities, with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or at least three years’ experience with client population and one year supervisory/management experience.

NFI North is seeking a 2nd Shift (Wed. - Sat.) Supervisor for our Transitional Housing Program in Bethlehem, NH. This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation for providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services, and life skills for adults living with mental illness who are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team.
