Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead staffing coverage and oversee direct care staff within our residential programs in Boston, MA. You will collaborate with the Milieu/Program Director to hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, mediate conflicts, and conduct weekly supervisor meetings to ensure high-quality care for youth.

Ideal candidates will have prior youth-work experience, a high school diploma or GED (bachelor's preferred), and a valid driver's

• Valid Driver's License.

This position is Thursday-Saturday 1PM-11PM or Friday-Sunday 6AM- 4PM.
