Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers in Boston, MA seeks a Residential Supervisor to coordinate direct childcare under the Milieu Director. You will hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; host team meetings; organize milieu shifts; ensure client safety; and support program goals.

Milieu therapy and youth advocacy are key elements of the role. Qualifications include two years of college or equivalent child care experience, BA/BS preferred, prior supervisory experience, and a valid Mass Driver’s

• BA/BS preferred
• 1+ year supervisory experience and prior experience with emotionally, behaviorally challenged children preferably in a residential treatment program desired
• Must possess a valid Mass Driver’s License

How You’ll Be Making A Difference
