Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Fargo, ND is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults in daily living with health and personal care services, therapeutic and recreational activities, aligned with ISP and PBS plans.

This part-time role follows a rotating weekend schedule and offers benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• DD modules completed or ability to complete.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Location: Fargo, ND

Shift: Every other Friday 3pm-9pm and every other Saturday and Sunday 3pm-10pm

Job Schedule: Part- Time

Weekly Hours: 13

JOB SUMMARY:

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) position is to perform supervised tasks related to delivery of health and personal cares, therapeutic, behavioral, recreational, and leisure activities for the adults in Taylor Made Living (TML), contributing to the overall Individual Service Plan (ISP), positive behavior support (PBS) plan, and individual specific plans.

QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)

Education and/or years’ experience required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• DD modules completed or ability to complete
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to learn and perform personal care, education and therapeutic programs and can learn and comprehend medical terminology
• One year’s experience working in the developmental disabilities field

Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable):

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
