Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, guidance, and training to direct care staff.
• Provide and oversee quality client care and individualized support services.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards.
• Complete accurate documentation and reporting in a timely manner.
• Support and encourage community integration for all clients.
