Job summary

Starlight Behavioral Health, an ncgCARE partner, seeks a Residential Supervisor for Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities In-Home Services in Huntington, WV. This full-time leadership role oversees residential homes, supervises DSPs, and ensures high-quality, compliant care for individuals with IDD.

You will travel between locations, conduct inspections, coach staff, and participate in on-call responses to crises. A strong background in IDD and supervisory work is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year supervisory experience OR 4+ years DSP with IDD.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Ability to pass WV Cares background check.
• Basic computer skills for administrative tasks.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of assigned residential homes to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct daily visits to homes across shifts.
• Lead and coach DSPs and residential staff; provide ongoing support.
• Coordinate monthly staff meetings and trainings.
• Respond to behavioral and environmental crises in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation and logs including weekly inspections.
