• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or above, Bachelor's preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in residential/mental health setting.
• Ability to stay awake during overnight shift.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a clinical team while on overnight shifts.
• Ensure safety and compliance with procedures on site.
• Support staff development through training and supervision.
• Support safety and well-being of students.
• Maintain knowledge of program policies and procedures.
