Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, seeks a Supervisor Residential to lead daily activities for individuals receiving support. You will supervise Direct Care Staff, oversee program operations, and ensure onboarding and training are delivered effectively.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compliance with regulatory standards, and strong relationship-building with families, case managers, and guardians. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services is preferred, with CPR/First Aid and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current CPR and First Aid
• Valid driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance
• Licensure as required by state
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals receiving support and implement programs and services
• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee daily operation of the program
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered
• Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions
• Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents and lobby on behalf of individuals receiving care
• Maintain relationships with families and guardians and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans
• Monitor comfort and safety of individuals served and ensure living environments comply with regulatory requirements
