Job summary

Core Development Group in Clearwater, FL is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee production of new residential homes and manage subcontractors on site. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in a superintendent role and must read blueprints, read/write English, and ensure safety and code compliance.

You will also update bi-monthly schedules and site photos using our project management software, coordinating trades to maintain quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced

• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to read and write in English and read blueprints.
