Job summary

Barnowl Advisory Group seeks an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee single-family residential construction from inception to completion. You will manage the construction process, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top-quality results.

You will develop schedules, inspect site safety, read blueprints, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strong client communication and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in single-family residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes/regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with project management software.

Responsibilities
