North Eastern Trade Services, Inc. is seeking experienced superintendents to oversee daily operations on one to two project sites. The role requires coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and upper management to keep projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills with clients, and hands-on experience in residential construction leadership. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating trades, supervising field staff, and daily operations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project used in daily operations.
• Construction safety knowledge with OSHA/local standards enforcement.
• Organizational skills for schedules, docs, deliveries, concurrent tasks.
• Budgeting and project management capabilities, tracking costs & timelines.
• Previous superintendent or similar residential construction leadership role.
• Strong communication with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, and building codes.
• Proficiency with basic construction management software and digital tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; tech training or certifications a plus.

NETS Is looking for experienced superintendent's to oversee day to day operations on one to two project sites consecutively. This person must possess the ability to communicate with clients on an honest and high level, while coordinating day to day operations with suppliers, subcontractors, and upper management to ensure project finish on time and on budget.

• Budgeting and Project Management abilities, including tracking costs, supporting estimates, and maintaining project timelines.
• Previous experience as a superintendent or in a similar residential construction leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
• Proficiency with basic construction management software and digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project tracking platforms).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and between job sites.
