Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, human services, social work or related field preferred.
• CDC I, CDC II or CDCS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years residential SUD treatment experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of ASAM 3.5 and structured programming.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to support co-occurring services within scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the ASAM 3.5 residential program to ensure structure and efficiency.
• Ensure program schedules, group services, and daily routines are implemented as designed.
• Monitor staff assignments, coverage, and daily program flow.
• Ensure delivery of structured SUD treatment including co-occurring services.
• Maintain minimum 20 clinical hours per week per client.
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff; provide coaching and onboarding.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory and payer requirements.
• Support admissions and intake scheduling with Intake Coordinator.
